Feel like going to New Zealand? No need to take the plane, just go to Bakers & Roasters, a café located just around the corner from the Albert Cuyp market in de Pijp. Cute, friendly, spacious, it's very popular, especially since the food is so tasty !

Here are some examples of the menu :
- Kiwi Brekkie : two organic free range eggs any style, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, garlicky spinach, creamy mushrooms, home-made relish and hot buttered toast.
- Navajo Eggs : Pulled BBQ pork, avocado, mango salsa & chipotle cream served with two poached organic free range eggs and hot buttered toast.
- (Kinda Classic) Eggs Benny : crispy bacon on chunky toast with two poached organic free range eggs all topped off with hollandaise sauce.
- Banana Nut Bread French Toast : banana Bread French toast served with homemade banana marmalade and crispy bacon.
- Pulled Pork Bagel : BBQ beer pulled pork with apple and red cabbage slaw served on an onion pumpkin seed bagel with homemade aioli.
- Homemade Granola : Brazil nuts, coconut, cashews, almonds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried apricots, and cranberries served with chilled milk, steamed milk or yoghurt
